Q-SER External evaluation

In February 2020, the Q-SER project "Qualitative Services at local level for Emigrants and Refugees" was successfully completed and Compass Services and specifically Irini Andrioti as a certified project manager (PMP) was assigned the external evaluation of the project.

For the evaluation of the Q-SER

all project deliverables were studied in depth.
analysed the findings of the mid-term evaluations of the transnational meetings, training events.
Sample interviews were conducted with people from the target group (public officials serving the refugee and migrant population) and with the beneficiaries themselves.
evaluation questionnaires were distributed to the project partners and other direct and indirect stakeholders.
The evaluation was thus structured along three axes
project implementation, evaluation of procedures, management, partner cooperation.
results, consistency with what was originally planned and the strategic focus of the project.
the impact of the project on the quality of the services provided, the satisfaction of the beneficiaries, the improvement of their quality of life.
the effectiveness and scope of the publicity and dissemination activities of the project results were also evaluated.

At the end of May the evaluation was ready for submission and the Managing Authority that received it was completely satisfied and gave credit to the project coordinator, the Municipality of Egaleo.

A few words about the Q-SER project

Q-SER is an Erasmus+ KA2 Strategic Partnerships project that started in October 2017 with a duration of 28 months. During this time it has delivered numerous outputs, with the main target being institutions and trainers working with migrants and refugees. The seven partners from European countries worked together for 28 months creating an innovative curriculum entitled "Q-SER and Multilingual Communication and Diversity" as well as 2 innovative mentoring models "Circular Impact Model" at agency level and "Mentoring Cycle Model" at frontline staff level.

The target groups are: adult educators, adults, teachers, public and private institutions working with migrants and refugees. During the design and implementation of the outcomes there was regular communication/collaboration with these professionals to meet their specific training needs.

The Intellectual outputs of the project are:

A training programme on "Q-SER and Multilingualism Communication and Diversity".
A multilingual online training platform with corresponding training material.
Two models illustrating how actors can implement and strategically adopt the models.
Dissemination material to promote the project.
Events that will allow members of the task force to meet and share their ideas.
