Challedu, as coordinator of the project, hosted at its premises in Athens, the partners Citizens in Power from Cyprus, Media Creativa 2020 from Bilbao, Spain and the Family Support Center (KESO) of the Archdiocese of Athens, also from Greece.

During the first day of the meeting, Challedu presented the main aims, objectives, expected results, deliverables, impact and activities of the INSPIRE project. The partners then presented the organisations they represent, the deliverables they coordinate and the results they expect.

During the second day of the meeting, Challedu presented the Erasmus+ regulations, the Management Plan and the Risk plan, while Media Creativa presented the Evaluation Plan and Citizens in Power the Dissemination and Communication Plan.

The partners exchanged good practices and identified the next steps of the project.<\/div>\n\n\n\n

A few words about the INSPIRE project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
The project \"INSPIRE- Innovative Serious Play for Identifying your Role in a Social Entrepreneurship\" aims to inspire and empower young people to create start-ups through a psychometric Serious game and other tools.<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Objectives of the project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Today, the importance of social entrepreneurship for economic growth is widely recognised. The 2019 OECD report reveals that young people (15-24) in Europe are finding it difficult to find work. 15% of them are unemployed, and in some countries this figure reaches 30%. The research \"The map of social enterprises and their ecosystems in Europe\" (2015) highlights the main difficulties young people face when trying to launch a social enterprise initiative (lack of entrepreneurial spirit, management skills, sustainable business models, difficulties in accessing markets). The Europe Startup Monitor reveals that young people try to overcome all the above challenges by forming TEAMS (over 79% of initiatives were started in teams).

The INSPIRE project believes that the key to success for a new social enterprise is the TEAM. The creation of a core team with complementary skills, roles, competencies, as well as the gradual involvement of new members are key sustainability factors. Thus, the INSPIRE project emphasizes the development of a toolkit to assess the competences, skills, personality traits of young people (aged 18-24) that enable them to develop effective teams.

The partners, Challedu- inclusion | games | education (Greece), Media Creativa 2020 (Spain), Family Support Centre KESO (Greece), Citizens in Power (Cyprus), will create a series of tools that aim to give young people the opportunity to create effective teams before starting a social or other initiative.<\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg>Training guide for the assessment of skills and psychometric personality traits.<\/span><\/div>
<\/path><\/svg>Training guide for learning sustainable business models for social initiatives based on the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and how to use social networks for the benefit of the initiatives and society as a whole.<\/span><\/div>
<\/path><\/svg>Psychometric Serious Game that enables players to assess their skills and personality while playing and learning about the SDGs.<\/span><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
During the project, young people, youth trainers and other relevant professionals will be involved in the development, evaluation and use of the tools.
