Did you discover that you have things in common and ambitions with your girlfriends? Maybe you should start a business together? First of all, I agree, it sounds like a great idea! But on a second reading, I'll invite you to clarify some concepts and confirm that we understand the same thing. So what is entrepreneurship or rather how do you understand your role as an entrepreneur? For example, have you considered that an effective entrepreneur.<\/div>\n\n\n\n
<\/path><\/svg>Does he tend to take on the role of leader or at least facilitator when in a group?<\/span><\/div>
<\/path><\/svg>Does it have the energy required to withstand long hours of work and constant effort?<\/span><\/div>
<\/path><\/svg>Can it control pressure and stress?<\/span><\/div>
<\/path><\/svg>Is he prepared to accept any failure and try to turn it into an opportunity?<\/span><\/div>
<\/path><\/svg>Can he say \"no\" to holidays and fun if necessary?<\/span><\/div>
<\/path><\/svg>Can he or she easily make new acquaintances and relationships with new people?<\/span><\/div>
<\/path><\/svg>Does he understand economic data and other data that are important for his work?<\/span><\/div>
<\/path><\/svg>Is he able to maintain a stable family life (financial and emotional security) if his business fails?<\/span><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
If you're in a hurry to answer that you like to:<\/div>\n\n\n\n
<\/path><\/svg>You sell and influence others,<\/span><\/div>
<\/path><\/svg>You give directions and make decisions,<\/span><\/div>
<\/path><\/svg>You fight for the goals you set for yourself and not someone else for you,<\/span><\/div>
<\/path><\/svg>Are you flexible and thrive in a changing environment?<\/span><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
And it doesn't matter to your family the stability of an income, then, YES, entrepreneurship is the right choice for you! But wait a minute, can you answer with the same certainty for your friends you are considering partnering with?<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Having understood some key concepts for entrepreneurship, let us try to do the same for the concept of \"co-operating\" and the role of the partner.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
1<\/span><\/div><\/div>

Key success parameteras with any relationship - is trust. Remember: with your girlfriends\/future partners when and how did you have to stand side by side? Stay up all night together? To cross boundaries? To manage difficulties and fight together? Share something valuable?<\/span><\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n
2<\/span><\/div><\/div>

The next equally important<\/span>is the assumption of roles and responsibilities: what do you consider yourself an expert in and likewise each of your friends\/partners? Don't make the mistake of simply sharing positions - me in sales, you in production and the third in social media and PR. Consider that if as an employer you had to hire someone\/s for the respective position you would choose the best, you would not do any favors or favors. So why would you do it now with your girlfriends if they are not prominent in their field?<\/span><\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do you share the same vision, values, strategy?<\/span>And what I mean here: just because your tastes in clothes and entertainment or your hobbies in sports and other fun activities match, does not mean that you understand and approach the concepts of profit in a business, of a customer-centric approach to the provision of your services, of a people-centric concept from the setting up of a shop window or an advertisement to the way you enter into partnerships with suppliers and the process of integrating partners into the workforce in the same way.<\/span><\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We left the all-important concept of friendship for last! Our friend is the one who:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
<\/path><\/svg>accepts us, supports us and encourages us in the difficult times,<\/span><\/div>
<\/path><\/svg>is always present, ready to listen and to mirror us positively and negatively, selflessly,<\/span><\/div>
<\/path><\/svg>reduces our stress levels and keeps us grounded,<\/span><\/div>
<\/path><\/svg>finds the courage to approach us after a mistake and forgive us!<\/span><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
Now tell me honestly what superhuman friend and partner<\/div>\n\n\n\n
<\/path><\/svg>will support you in difficult times when being in the same business and experiencing exactly the same difficulties<\/span><\/div>
<\/path><\/svg>will mirror our negatives without getting angry as he will possibly feel that he himself is risking his investment because of some of our failures<\/span><\/div>
<\/path><\/svg>will reduce our stress when he himself is under pressure and stressed by the same situations<\/span><\/div>
<\/path><\/svg>he'll make friendship a priority and apologize...<\/span><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
However, you are convinced that you have the ideal friend and partner by your side. Entrepreneurship will bring you closer together without getting you into adventures. Well done, you are lucky!
