Mai 2014, an der Universit\u00e4t Harokopio<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"gspb_text-id-gsbp-c53c237\" class=\"gspb_text gspb_text-id-gsbp-c53c237\">Die modernen, sich ver\u00e4ndernden sozio-politischen und wirtschaftlichen Bedingungen erfordern eine \u00e4hnliche Flexibilit\u00e4t und Anpassung der Berufsberatung und den \u00dcbergang von der Phase des \"Testens\" (= Entwicklung von F\u00e4higkeiten) zur Phase des \"Probierens\" (Engagement, Erwerb von Erfahrungen, Erlernen von F\u00e4higkeiten).<br><br>Der Berater ist nun aufgefordert, sich von der Fantasie und den Hypothesen zu l\u00f6sen und
